~Starts at $300 *Free Phone consultation with Planner *Free Consultation at your reception site up to two weeks prior to your wedding date. *Wedding Day Schedule (to be approved by Client)   *Up to 6 hours on-site (during setup and through beginning of reception. Planner exits upon Client’s arrival at reception.   *Vendor Management day of *Duties- Setup of ceremony/reception items such as programs, unity candles, aisle runners, seating cards, place settings, gift table card box, wedding favors, photos, and lighting candles. *Wedding Party Management- Keeping wedding party and vendors on established timeline, distributing flowers, bouquets and pinning corsages & boutonnieres as needed. **Please add $40.00 for Ceremony Coordination. This is based on the event being at one site, multiple sites require additional staffing charges. **Planner and Staff do not set tables, chairs, tents or provide logistical details within this package.
