~Starts at $1,800 *Free Phone Consultation with Planner *One-hour consultation with planner  *Vendor referrals as necessary *Up to Four One-Hour Consultations prior to the wedding (last to be scheduled two weeks before wedding at Client’s wedding venue)   *Assist with invitation selections, favors and stationary * Assist with overall theme and décor (décor to be provided/reserved by client) * Assist with ceremony and reception layout   *Creation and distribution of timeline from rehearsal to send-off the week prior    *Rehearsal coordination at Ceremony Site   *8 hours on-site coordination from ceremony to send-off O *Oversee vendor deliveries, finalize décor details *Be point of contact for client, vendors, and venue throughout the planning process   *Research and suggest overnight accommodations and/or transportation (Client to procure)   *Distribute outstanding vendor payments at the event as supplied by the Client
